Earlier in July 2026, Tractors Singapore partnered with Caterpillar® at the ConTech@PDD 2026 organised by JTC to showcase the Cat® Command Station, which also marked its debut in the region.

Part of the Cat suite of remote control technologies, Cat Command Station is designed to improve safety at hazardous job sites by enabling operators to control Cat machines remotely.

We were honoured to have the event's Guest-of-Honour, Singapore’s Minister for National Development Ministry of National Development, Mr. Chee Hong Tat in the operator seat of the Cat Command Station.

Guided by Cat technology experts, Mr Chee remotely operated a Cat 320 excavator located 38 km from the venue and successfully broke two cement blocks with the excavator's hydraulic hammer attachment. He had a firsthand experience in the technology’s safety, precision and real-time responsiveness.

This showcase underscores Tractors Singapore's commitment to helping customers work better, smarter and safer through construction technologies, and we look forward to introducing more of such capabilities in the months ahead.
